帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗合并性功能障碍抑郁症患者的疗效分析

Analysis on influence of paroxetine and trazodone on sexual function in treating patients with depression

目的研究帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗合并性功能障碍的抑郁症对患者的临床疗效。方法选取150例抑郁症患者按不同治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,两组均给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上给予曲唑酮治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床症状及性功能的改善情况。结果两组患者经治疗后,SDS、SAS评分均出现下降,观察组相比对照组下降幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。IIEF-5评分均增高,泌乳素分泌减少,观察组相比对照组IIEF-5评分增高更为显著;泌乳素减少更明显(均P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论帕罗西汀与曲唑酮联合治疗抑郁症对患者性功能具有改善作用,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

【Objective】To study the influence of Paroxetine and Trazodone on sexual function in treating patients with depression. 【Methods】150 patients with depression were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different modes of treatment, patients in two groups were subject to Paroxetine therapy, and patients in the observation group were subject to Trazodone treatment on that basis, while improvements of clinical symptoms and medication safety of patients in two groups after treatment were observed. 【Results】After the treatment, the SDS and SAS scores in observation group were obviously decreased than that in control group（P〈0.05）. IIEF-5 scores in observation group were higher and prolactin secretion in observation group was significantly reduced（both P〈0.05）. Patients in two groups had no serious adverse reactions. 【Conclusions】The combined treatment of Paroxetine and Trazodone on the depression can improve sexual function of patients with, and no serious adverse reactions were found, being worthy of clinical promotion and use.
