高旋交变磁场疗法治疗肩关节周围炎患者疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察高旋交变磁场用于治疗肩周炎患者的临床疗效。方法 100例肩周炎患者随机分为磁疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),磁疗组给予患者患侧肩关节磁疗,对照组给予患者肩关节中频电疗。两组均在治疗开始前和2个治疗疗程后给予患者肩关节活动度及疼痛程度评分。结果经过两个疗程治疗后的临床疗效比较,磁疗组总有效率(98%)明显高于对照组(88%);两组患者患侧肩关节活动度及疼痛评分治疗前后均有明显改善(P<0.01);磁疗组治疗后关节活动较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),疼痛程度评分也较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论高旋交变磁场治疗方法可以更有效地改善肩周炎患者患侧肩关节活动度及疼痛程度,提高临床治疗总体有效率。 【Objective】To investigate the effect of high gyromagnetic frequency multifunction therapeutic apparatus on the scapulohumeral periarthritis. 【Methods】One hundred scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment(50cases) and control groups(50 cases). The patients in the control group received medium frequency electrotherapy apparatus therapy, and those in the treatment group received High Gyro-magnetic Frequency Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus therapy. All patients before treatment and the end of treatment underwent evaluation of the active range of motion and the degree of pain. 【Results】After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of treatment the group(98%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(88%); The shoulder active range of motion of in the two patients groups were significantly increased compared with previous(P〈0.05),and the degree of pain was reduced(P〈0.05); The pain and the active range of motion of the treatment group were more significantly improved than that in the control group,and the difference between two groups was significant(P〈0.05). 【Conclusions】High Gyro-magnetic Frequency Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus method on the scapulohumeral periarthritis can more effectively improve the active range of motion and reduce the degree of pain,and to enhance the clinical treatment of overall efficiency.
