摘要
在近几年"食品分析与检验"实验课程教学改革中,指导教师从实验教学内容的优化、教学方法和手段的丰富、开放型实验室的建设以及成绩考核制度的完善等方面对该课程的教学模式进行了一些探索。实践证明,这些措施对提高学生独立操作能力和培养创新精神效果良好。
In recent years' experimental teaching reform of "Food Analysis and Inspection", tutors have made some explorations on the teaching model of the course from optimization of experimental teaching contents, enrichment of teaching methods and means,construction of open laboratories, and perfection of performance evaluation systems. It is proved in practice that the above measures have an impressive effect on the improvement of students' independent operation ability and the cultivation of their innovative spirit.
