Research on Innovation Ability Training of Finance and Economics University Students

在当今社会,创新成为社会和经济发展中的关键因素,国家也已经将创新提升到了战略高度。培养一大批创新型人才是高等学校的重要任务。大学生创新能力培养工作是一项复杂的系统工程,特别是财经类大学生。他们的创新能力培养由于受到学科条件的影响,更难以把握其运行规律。本文通过研究国内财经类大学生创新能力培养的现状、问题以及问题形成的原因,在此基础上提出完善财经类大学生创新能力培养的若干对策。

Nowadays, innovation is a very important factor in the social and economic development, and our country has also promoted innovation to strategic height. To cultivate a large number of creative talents is an important task of colleges and universities. The innovation ability training of university students, especially finance and economics students, is a complicated system engineering. Under the influence of subject conditions, the operation laws of their innovative ability training are difficult to grasp.This paper discusses the present situation of the domestic finance and economics university students＇ innovative ability training, the problems and the causes, and then puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the finance and economics university students＇ innovative ability training.
