职业意识是职业素质的重要组成部分,良好的职业意识对于高职学生职业能力的培养和促进职业发展具有重要的意义。该文阐述了形塑高职学生职业意识的主要内容,在对高职学生职业意识现状及原因进行初步分析的基础上,提出了加强高职学生职业意识培养的主要途径。

Professional awareness is an important component of professional qualities, so positive professional awareness is of great significance to the cultivation of higher vocational students＇ professional abilities and the promotion of their professional development. This paper elaborated the main content of the formation of higher vocational students＇ professional awareness, and based on the preliminary analysis on the current situation and higher vocational students＇ professional awareness and the causes, proposed the main ways of strengthening the cultivation of higher vocational students＇ professional awareness.
