摘要 当今科技发展日新月异,我国经济也正面临结构调整的关键时期,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业要想长期得到发展并走向世界,拥有一支优秀的干部管理团队非常重要,而一支思想僵化、知识陈旧的干部管理队伍是不能适应形势发展需要的,这个企业也是没有希望的。那么常态化的在职干部继续教育培训是使这个企业充满活力并长期生存下去的根本保证。高校是在职干部继续教育培训的主力军。它是一项系统工程,从项目制订到项目实施的过程中,每一个步骤每一个环节都必须科学地规划认真地执行才能保证其顺利进行,才能达到预期的效果。 With the rapid development of science and technology,China's economy is faced with a key period of structural adjustment and the market competition is also increasingly fierce. To achieve a long-term development and integrate into the world, it is important for an enterprise to possess an excellent cadre management team, as a cadre management team with rigid thoughts and obsolete knowledge can no longer meet the demands of the current situation, and an enterprise with such a team is unpromising. A routine continuing education and training of cadres is the basic guarantee to vitalize an enterprise and help it survive for a long time. The university is the main force for the continuing education and training of cadres, which is a systematic project in which each procedure and link must be scientifically planned and carefully implemented to ensure its success and make it reach the expected effect.
