摘要
新形势下高职院校的就业形势越来越严峻,高职院校应该认识到学生就业困难的原因,寻求个性化、多样性就业指导手段,以满足社会对人才的多样性需求。本文通过结合高职院校就业指导工作的现状以及学生自身的实际情况,分析了个性化指导的意义,并探讨了高职院校开展好个性化就业指导工作的途径。
The employment situation of higher vocational colleges is increasingly severe in the new situation, so higher vocational college administrators should realize the causes of students' difficult employment and seek individualized and diversified means of employment guidance, so as to meet diverse social requirements for talents. Based on the current situation of employment guidance and students' practical situation in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzed the significance of individualized guidance, and explored ways for higher vocational colleges to more effectively implement individualized employment guidance.
