摘要
酒店业流动率居高不下的问题对酒店的管理和经营造成了较大的负面影响。文章试图从员工忠诚的角度来探讨员工流动率的问题,要改善酒店业高流动率的尴尬局面,最重要的是通过改善工作环境和工作氛围来提升员工忠诚度,并最终降低员工流动率。
In the hotel industry, the situation of high turnover has been widely recognized and recorded. The high turnover of the hotel industry not only had caused negative impact on management and operation of the hotel, but also had led number of both domestic and foreign scholars and hotel managers to think about the issue. This article attempts to explore the issue of turnover in the perspective of employee loyalty. In my opinion, in order to improve the embarrassing situation, the most important thing is to enhance the loyalty of employee through improving working environment and working atmosphere, and realize the purpose of reducing of turnover.
