臭氧治疗椎间盘源性腰疼的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Ozone Treatment for Intervertebral Disc Source Sex Back Pain

目的：探讨分析臭氧治疗椎间盘源性腰疼的临床治疗效果。方法针对我院2012年10月～2013年10月间接收的47例椎间盘源性腰疼患者使用臭氧进行治疗，对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者手术3天、3个月、6个月恢复优良率分别是72.34%、87.23%、93.62%。患者在治疗中未见有感染，血管损伤或神经根损伤等并发症出现。结论臭氧治疗椎间盘源性腰疼的临床效果比较显著，能够有效改善患者的临床症状，且治疗简单方便，患者创伤较小，能有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective Exploration and analysis on the clinical treatment effect of ozone therapy for discogenic back pain. Method Gave a retrospective analysis on the clinical data from the 47 cases of patients with discogenic back pain treated by ozone in our hospital from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013. Result The excellent rate of recovery for patients 3 days, 3 months and 6 months after the surgery were 72.34%, 87.23% and 93.62% respectively. No complications emerged during their treatment without any infection, vascular injury or nerve root injury. Conclusion The clinical effect of ozone treatment of intervertebral disc source of backache is significant, can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
