摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除手术的效果及安全性。方法回顾性总结在我院行腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除手术的160例患者的治疗及随访资料。结果所有患者在手术结束后均成功获得随访资料，手术时间范围为50～72 min，平均时间为（60.2＆#177;10.4）min，术后住院时间范围为3～7天，平均时间为（5.0＆#177;1.8）天。结论腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除手术具有满意的临床效果和较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy operation. Methods Data of treatment and follow-up of 160 patients who underwent laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy operation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All follow-up data of the patients were successfully collected after the operation. The operation time was 50~72 minitues, with the average time （60.2 ＆#177; 10.4） minitues, while postoperative hospitalization time ranged from 3 to7 days, with the average time （5 ＆#177; 1.8） days. Conclusion Laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy operation has satisfactory clinical efficacy and a relatively higher degree of saftety.
