大隐静脉次高位结扎、抽剥加小切口分段切除术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床体会

Greater Saphenous Vein Ligation and Stripping and Segment Resection With Small Incision in the Treatment of Great Saphenous Vein

目的探讨大隐静脉次高位结扎、抽剥加小切口分段切除术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的89例行大隐静脉次高位结扎、抽剥加小切口分段切除术治疗的大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组89例患者手术均获成功,术后随访12个月疗效满意,且患者均未发生复发现象。结论大隐静脉次高位结扎、抽剥加小切口分段切除术在治疗大隐静脉曲张方面有较高的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of subhigh ligation, invaginated stripping and small incision segment resection for the treatment of patients with varicose great saphenous veins. Methods A total of 89 patients with varicose great saphenous veins who received subhigh ligation, invaginated stripping and small incision segment resection were retrospectively studied. Results The surgeries were administrated successfully in all cases. The outcome of 12 months post-operative follow up was satisfied, and non recurrence was supervised till the end of the research. Conclusion Subhigh ligation, invaginated stripping and small incision segment resection as the therapy of varicose great saphenous veins has high clinical value.
