健康教育宣传单在消化道肿瘤化疗优质护理中的应用分析

The Application of Health Education Leaflets in Quality Care for Chemotherapy for Gastrointestinal Cancer

目的研究应用健康教育宣传单在消化道肿瘤患者化疗期间护理的临床效果。方法选取82例接受化疗的消化道肿瘤患者分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组行优质护理;观察组在优质护理基础上应用健康教育宣传单实施宣教。结果观察组护理服务满意度显著高于对照组;化疗方案实施总时间明显短于对照组。结论应用健康教育宣传单对消化道肿瘤患者化疗护理效果明显,有效提高护理质量,改善治疗效果,并实现健康宣教的社会化效益。

Objective To study the application value of Health Education Leaflets in the Quality Care nursing of patients with digestive tract cancer receiving chemotherapy. Methods 82 cases patients with digestive tract cancer receiving chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given quality care. And the observation group was given health education leaflets on the basis of quality care. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group. And chemotherapy time was significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion Application of Health Education Leaflets in the Quality Care nursing of patients with digestive tract cancer receiving chemotherapy is obvious. It can effectively improve the quality of care, clinical outcomes and realize benefits of socialized health mission.
