静脉留置针在产科护理中的应用分析

Analysis of Intravenous Catheter in Obstetric Care

目的研究静脉留置针在产科护理中应用效果。方法选取我院妇产科分娩的610例产妇,随机分为研究组310例和对照组300例,对照组患者采用一次性无菌输液管治疗,研究组患者采用静脉留置针治疗,比较应用效果。结果研究组患者的静脉输液治疗情况、患者护理满意情况及医护人员护理满意情况的差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理中结合采用静脉留置针,安全高效,易被医护人员和患者所接受。

Objective To study the effect of intravenous catheter in obstetric nursing. Methods 610 cases of pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were randomly divided into study group（n=310） and the control group（n=300）. The control group was treated with disposable sterile infusion canal treatment, and the study group was treated with intravenous catheter treatment. The applications effects were compared. Results The intravenous infusion status, patients satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction in study group were all better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous catheter used in the obstetric nursing was safe, efficient and easily accepted by the medical staff and patients.
