牵引、针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的临床观察

Traction and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo

目的探讨牵引、针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取来我院进行治疗后确诊为颈源性眩晕的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患者给予牵引联合针灸疗法治疗,对照组患者给予单纯牵引治疗。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为88.0%,显著高于对照组的临床治疗总有效率70.0%,P<0.05。随访期间观察组复发率10.0%,低于对照组复发率42.0%,P<0.05。结论牵引、针灸治疗颈源性眩晕能够取得较为理想的临床治疗效果,且复发率较低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traction acupuncture on treating cervical vertigo. Method Selected 100 patients with confirmed cervical vertigo treated in our hospital, and divided them into observation group and control group of 50 patients respectively. Treatment combined with traction and acupuncture was given to patients in observation group, while patients in control group received traction treatment simply. Result The overall efficiency of clinical treatment in observation group was 88.0%, which was obviously higher than that in control group of 70.0%, P〈0.05. Besides, the relapse incidence of observation group was 10.0% which was lower than the 42.0% in control group, P〈0.05%. Conclusion The traction with acupuncture has ideal clinical effect for cervical vertigo with low relapse rate.
