摘要
本文采用烧结杯试验方法研究了巴西某高硅粉的烧结性能。研究发现:该高硅粉除SiO2较高(12.38%)外,其余杂质含量低;在保证烧结矿化学成分和其他产质量指标的情况下,高硅粉可以配加到6%~10%。此时,适宜的混合料水分和燃料配比基本相当,烧结速度可达24.73mm/min以上,转鼓强度达71%以上,利用系数在1.73t/(m2?h)以上。
In this paper, we research one of Brazil's high-silicon powder 's sintering character by the experiments in the sintering plot. The study found that this ore have low impurity content, except high SiO2(12.38%). In guarantee the quality of sinter ore chemical composition and other production index, this ore can be added to 6%~10%. In this case, appropriate mixture water and fuel ratio are similar to basic. The vertical sintering speed can reach more than 24.73mm/min and the tumble index is more than 71%, and the productivity is 1.73t/(m2?h).
