摘要
本文以一个医用加速器5MW磁控管功率源的设计为例,介绍了大功率功率源的基本知识及发展现状。分析了在功率源研制过程中所面临的大功率、高精度、高可靠、工作时旋转运动等难点。针对这些难点,选择了高效率的线型调制器方案,辅以精心设计的降Q电路,设计了可靠的磁控管灯丝防浪涌电路,在脉冲变压器设计及高功率传输方面都采取了一些有效的措施。投入使用多年来,工作稳定可靠。
This article takes an example of design of one 5MW magnetron pulse source for medical accelerator, and introduces the elementary knowledge and development of pulse source. Analyzes the difficulties, high power, precision reliability and rotary movement etc, will be faced with while the pulse source being designed, faces these difficulties, a typical line-type modulator is selected, in addition, a well-designed de-Q circuit and a reliable filament power supply are applied, many useful techniques are adopted to design transformer and transmit energy. This pulse source functions stably and reliably since it was used many years ago.
