摘要
2012年10月24日,国务院常务会议讨论通过了《核电安全规划(2011-2020年)》和《核电中长期发展规划(2011-2020年)》。这意味着,自日本发生福岛核泄漏以来,停摆了近20个月之后的中国核电项目终于全面重启。核电建造又重新进入了快速规模化发展的轨道,本文在对国内外核电项目管理系统、三维可视化设计技术相关研究成果进行分析研究的基础上,结合钠冷快堆工程信息系统的施工特点,应用信息集成技术,建设一个可视化的钠冷快堆工程信息系统管理平台,满足核电建造单位项目管理使用。本文的内容对可视化钠冷快堆工程信息平台的建立有普遍的借鉴意义和较高的实用价值。
October 24, 2012, the State Council approved the "Nuclear Security Plan(2011-2020)" and "longterm nuclear power development plan(2011-2020)."
