摘要
混合陶瓷轴承的陶瓷球在正常工作载荷下运转时不会发生脆性破坏,而是呈现与钢制轴承相同的失效方式-疲劳剥落。相关学者对陶瓷球的一般失效形式进行了研究,探讨了失效的机理。但是,准确预测轴承疲劳寿命一直是机械工程学者关心而又难以解决的课题。目前并没有成熟的理论来计算混合陶瓷球轴承的寿命。
The brittle failure of hybrid ceramic bearings with ceramic balls does not occur at the normal operating loads, but shows the same failure mode- fatigue spalling as steel bearings. The mechanism of failure was investigated. However, it is difficult to predict the fatigue life of bearing accurately for scholars. Until now there is no mature theory to calculate the longevity of hybrid ceramic ball bearing.
