小型农田水利工程是农业生产的重要基础设施,对农村经济发展有极其重要的作用,因此如何正确对小型农田水利建设项目进行绩效评价至关重要。基于中国小型农田水利建设项目绩效评价方面理论发展的滞后性,对小型农田水利项目绩效评价的内容与指标选取方法进行了归纳与总结。

The small-scale irrigation works is one of the most important infrastructures in agricultural production and the drive for rural economic development, thus a scientific and effective performance evaluation of small-scale irrigation works is crucial. Since the lag of relevant theoretical development, the author summarized the theoretical content and evaluation index selection methods of performance evaluation of small- scale irrigation works.
