摘要
目的:探讨以腰骶部及多关节疼痛为首发症状的急性白血病的临床特点。方法:分析1例患者的临床资料并进行文献复习。结果:腰骶部及关节痛可为急性白血病的早期表现。结论:以腰骶部及多关节疼痛为首发症状的急性白血病在早期易被误诊,应引起临床医生高度重视,以免患者延误病情。
Objective： This paper discusses the clinical characteristics of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with lumbosacral and multi-joint pain as the first symptom. Methods： The clinical data of one case are analyzed and relevant literatures are reviewed. Results： Lumbosacral and multi-joint pain can be the first symptom of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Conclusion：Acute lymphoblastic leukemia with lumbosacral and multi-joint pain as the first symptom is easy to be misdiagnosed in the early days;it should cause clinician to take seriously in order to prevent the disease becoming worse.
