摘要
分析了塑料反射器的结构与成型工艺,并对其不合理的结构部分进行了改进。明确了模具设计的重点,分析了2种模具设计方案。详细介绍了模具分型面、浇注系统和冷却系统设计,经试模和批量生产验证,模具结构设计合理,塑件成型质量好,成品率高。
Some unreasonable structure of a lamp reflector was improved based on analysis of the structure and moulding process of the product. The key design points were decided and two mould design schemes were analyzed. The design of parting line, feeding system and cooling system of the injection mould was presented in details.
