摘要
针对大容量锂电池的化成过程中能量不能回馈利用的现状,提出了一种新型的锂电池化成充放电系统,该系统以带有RCD箝位电路反激变换器的双向DC/DC为主电路拓扑结构,同时根据锂电池充放电模式的具体过程,对其给出了双闭环控制策略。完成了样机的设计和调试,实验结果验证了系统的稳定性和有效性。
For the requirements of large capacity lithium battery formation,this paper proposes a main circuit topology structure of bi-directional flyback DC/DC with RCD clamp circuit.According to the specific requirements of lithium battery charging and discharging mode,the double closed loop control strategy is put forward in order to design a new type of lithium battery charging and discharging system.The experimental prototype is designed and debugged.The experimental results verify the stability and effectiveness of the system.
