摘要
针对Boost功率因数校正器(PFC)变换器,应用Saber软件仿真不同寄生参数下噪声幅值,得到了影响共模和差模噪声的主要因素。首先根据Boost PFC电路噪声产生因素及传播途径来分析噪声源。然后通过建立系统高频模型,仿真得到系统噪声频谱,并通过实验验证仿真合理性。通过对关键参数的变换分析验证了系统共模噪声值与功率管对地漏电容相关,差模噪声值与功率管脉动电流大小相关。同时分析可知,系统开关频率前的噪声是由LISN中电感与输入电容谐振产生的。
The main factor to influence the common-mode and differential-mode noises of a Boost power factor corrector(PFC) converter is obtained by simulations which using different parasitic parameters based on Saber software.First of all,the noise characteristics are analyzed according to the noise factor of Boost PFC circuit and the route of transmission.Then the noise spectrum is obtained by simulation of the high frequency model.By changing the key parameters of the system,verify that the common-mode noise is mainly caused by the drain-to-ground capacitance of power tube.The main factor to influence the differential-mode noise is the fluctuating current of the power tube.The noise in front of the switching frequency is caused by the resonance in inductance of LISN and input capacitance.
