摘要
地下车库种植屋面容易产生渗漏,为避免漏水点出现后影响建筑使用功能,分析造成种植屋面渗漏的成因,并通过工程实例,探讨新型防水材料PBC-328非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的施工工艺流程及操作要点。
Underground garage planting roof often produced leakage,in order to avoid a leaking point to effect building usage,this paper analysed the reasons of planting roof leakage,and through an engineering example to discuss the construction technology process and operating hints of a new system PBC-328 non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
