上海市通过一系列法规制度的建立,以地方性法规和地方政府规章为准则,以主管部门规范性文件和技术管理标准为细则,以行业协会自律制度为补充,经过不断探索,实现了对建设工程质量检测的精细化管理。
Through establishing a series of regulations and system,taking local regulations and governmental rules as criterion,taking standard documents and technical management standards of department in charge as detailed regulations,taking self-discipline system of the industry association as supplement,Shanghai had realized delicacy management in construction engineering quality detection through continuous explorations.
