摘要
海南LNG接收站的桩基施工时,发现个别桩头存在夹泥现象。项目质量管理团队通过合理地运用非量化质量工具,制定了相应的预防纠正措施,解决了桩头夹泥问题,实现了桩基验收一次合格率100%的质量管理目标。
Hainan LNG Terminal construction of pile foundation found that several piles head had the phenomenon of clamps mud. Project quality management team used the quantitative quality tools reasonably, formulated the corresponding preventive and corrective action to solve the problem of pile head clamps mud, and achieved the quality management objectives of 100% first-pass yield of pile foundation check and accept.
