摘要
为探求不同类型镐型截齿破碎煤岩侧向载荷分布规律,实现低能耗、高效破碎煤岩,利用多截齿参数可调式旋转截割实验台,采用锐齿、棱齿和钝齿分别开展破碎煤岩测试实验研究,应用概率论与数理统计分析方法,给出不同类型截齿破碎煤岩侧向载荷的分布特性。结果表明:在实验研究范围内,三种截齿侧向载荷呈正负交替的变化趋势均较显著。棱齿侧向载荷负向波动较为明显。侧向载荷统计特征服从正态分布规律,分布特点可表征煤岩体的崩落状况。
In order to investigate the distribution law of lateral load of different sharp pointed bits for realizing low- energy consumption and high-efficient breaking of coal rock, the experimental study is carried out on a multi-bit parameter-adjustable rotary cutting testbed with sharp, edged and obtuse bits. The distribution characteristic of lateral load for various bits is derived from the probability theory and mathematical statistics analysis. The results show that in the range of study the lateral load of sharp, edged and obtuse bits appears obvious trend of alternating positive and negative. The negative variation of edged bit' s lateral load is clearer. The statistical features of the lateral load accord with normal distribution law, and its distribution characteristic may represent the caving situation of coal rock.
