摘要 强力输送带被广泛应用于煤矿运输设备,一旦发生故障将造成设备损坏、运输物料损耗,甚至引发重大安全事故,严重影响安全生产。为了保证钢丝绳芯输送带安全、可靠运行,避免事故发生,对钢丝绳芯输送带进行有效的检测具有十分重要的作用。目前钢丝绳芯的检测方法有两种:一种是利用X射线束穿透输送带,然后根据能量的强弱产生图像信号;另一种是弱磁检测,通过对钢丝绳芯进行加磁,分析钢丝绳芯的磁场变化进行检测。 The strong rubber belt has been widely used in coal mine transport equitment. Once it is out of order that will cause the damage of facilities, the loss of transported material and even the serious accident. The effective detection of core-wire-cable in the strong rubber belt, therefore, is of great importance to ensure the safe and reliable running. Up to date, there are two methods for this purpose: the first is using X-ray beam passing through the belt and creating figurative signal according to energy received, and the second is weak-magnetic detection, by which the wire cable is magnetized and the variation of its magnetic field is analyzed.
