为解决矿用连接器钢丝编织护套管剪切工段的关键环节,提出了一种柔性自动化生产装置。介绍了其总体方案及工作原理,叙述了各关键部件的设计要点。该自动化生产装置可实现送料、端头磨平面和切断等过程的全程自动化,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了工人的工作环境。
The process of cutting the rubber hydraulic hoses braided with steel wires is critical to the production of mining cables, proposes a novel flexible automation equipment for cutting the rubber hydraulic hoses. Illustrates its design scheme, operating principles, and design features of key components. With this flexible automation equipment, such as feeding, polishing, and cutting, have been fully automated. The use of the automation equipment in cable production increases productivity, reduces labor intensity, and improves the working environment of workers.
