摘要
研究了氢破碎(HD)工艺和常规(CG)工艺制备的烧结Nd-Fe-B合金样品在HCl溶液、Na(OH)溶液及饱和食盐水中的耐腐蚀性,并对两种工艺所制备样品的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,在HCl溶液、Na(OH)溶液及饱和食盐水中,样品在前8h内的腐蚀速率均较快,随后腐蚀速率均变慢;HCl溶液对烧结Nd-Fe-B合金的腐蚀性比Na(OH)溶液、饱和食盐水强得多。氢破碎工艺制备的合金耐腐蚀性优于常规工艺制备的合金,且未充磁合金的耐腐蚀性优于充磁合金。
The corrosion resistance of sintered Nd-Fe-B alloy prepared by HD and CG processes were investigated in HCl and Na(OH) solution and saturated salt solution,and the microstructure of samples prepared by two kinds of processes were analyzed. Results show that for all the samples in HC1,Na(OH) and saturated salt solution,the corrosion rate is faster in the first 8 h,but then becomes slower. The causticity of HC1 solution for sintered Nd-Fe-B alloy is stronger than that of Na(OH) and saturated salt solution. The corrosion resistance of alloy samples by HD is superior to ones by CG,and the corrosion resistance of alloy samples with no remanence is superior to ones with remanence.
