YT类硬质合金金刚石涂层成形刀具对高体积分数SiC_P/Al复合材料的铣削特性研究 被引量:1

Research on Milling Performance of YT-typed Carbide Shaped Tool Coated with Diamond Films for High Volume Fraction SiC_P/Al Composite

摘要 采用热丝化学气相沉积法在B212型YT15硬质合金成形铣刀片上制备了微米级金刚石涂层,并以65%SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料为试件材料进行铣削试验。通过与未涂层硬质合金铣刀进行对比,评价了金刚石涂层硬质合金成形铣刀的涂层效果。结果表明:在相同的切削参数下,金刚石涂层硬质合金刀具各种铣削力比未涂层硬质合金刀具的降低50%-65%;所涂覆金刚石薄膜在铣削过程中具有良好的膜-基附着强度,且经酸碱预处理的涂层硬质合金刀具较适合于高体积分数SiCP/Al复合材料的粗加工,醇碱预处理的涂层硬质合金刀具较适合于其半精加工;涂层硬质合金刀具持续加工的工件表面质量优于未涂层硬质合金刀具所加工,且所铣槽的成形精度较未涂层硬质合金刀具所铣槽提高约30%。 Micron diamond film was prepared by hot filament chemical vapor deposition on B212-typed YT15 carbide shaped milling blade,and then milling experiments were performed with 65% SiC particle reinforced aluminum-based composite as the specimen material. Compared with uncoated carbide tool, the coating effect of diamond film coated tool was evaluated. The results show that under the same milling conditions, each milling force of diamond film coated tool is reduced by 50%-65% compared with the uncoated tool. The diamond film exhibits a good adhesion strength on the matrix during milling. The coated tool with acid-alkali pretreatment is more suitable for roughing of the above composite,and the coated tool with alcohol-alkali pretreatment is more suitable for its semi-finishing. Besides, the workpiece surface quality obtained by continuous machining with the coated tool is better and more stable than that with the uncoated tool, and the shaped precision of the groove milled with the coated tool is increased by about 30 % compared with the uncoated tool.
