纳米SiO_2三价铬彩色钝化膜材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 通过调整温度、时间和pH值,在钝化液中加入SiO2纳米材料,制备性能优良的纳米三价铬彩色钝化剂。采用中性盐雾实验(NSS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和X射线荧光(XRF)等方法对加入SiO2前后的钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能进行比较,同时对钝化膜的结构、化学成分和空间分布进行表征。NSS实验结果表明,加入SiO2纳米材料的三价铬钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能提高了1倍。 We prepared nano-sized trivalent chromium colorful passivator through the adjustment of temperature, time, pH value, and nano-sized SiO: adding into passivation liquid. We also employed neutral salt spray tests ( NSS), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) to compare corrosion resistance of passivators between SiO2 pre-adding and post-adding. We further characterized structure, chemical constituent and spatial distribution of passivation film. NSS experimental results indicate that anticorrosion performance of trivalent chromium passivation film increases by one time through SiO2 nano-material adding.
