辽东地区林下山野菜类胡萝卜素和Vc影响因子分析 被引量:3

摘要 在调查研究的基础上,采用数量化理论I的方法,对影响辽东地区3种山野菜品质的主导因子进行分析。结果表明:影响3种山野菜嫩茎、叶中类胡萝卜素含量的因子顺序:短梗五加为全N>碱解N>全P>坡度>速效P>坡向>坡位,含量最高的组合是下坡+阴坡;辽东楤木为碱解N>坡向>坡度>地区>速效K,含量最高的组合是桓仁+阳坡;大叶芹为全N>林型>坡位>速效P>速效K>坡向>全P>碱解N,含量最高的组合是人工林下+上坡+阳坡。影响3种山野菜嫩茎叶中Vc含量的因子顺序为:品种>碱解N>坡向>林型>坡位>坡度,含量最高的组合是人工林+短梗五加+上坡+阴坡。 The dominant factor which affect nutritional quality of wild vegetable in eastem-Liaoning were discussed by employing the methods of quantification, depending on mass investigations and studies. The results are the follows: ( 1 ) The sequence of dominant factor affecting the content of carotenioid in immature stem and leaf of three types of wild vegetable is: ①Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem: total nitrogen〉 Alkaline hydrolysisi nitrogen〉total phosphorus〉gradient 〉 rapidly available phosphorus 〉slope aspect 〉slope position, the maximum content combination is downhill and cloudy slope; ②Aralia data seem: Alkaline hydrolysisi nitrogen 〉 slope aspect 〉 gradient 〉region〉 rapidly available potassium, the maximum content combination is Huanten region and sunny slope ; ③ Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa : total nitrogen 〉 forest type 〉 slope position 〉 rapidly available phosphorus 〉 rapidly available potassiurn 〉 slope aspect 〉 total phosphorus 〉 Alkaline hydrolysisi nitrogen, the maximum content corebination is under artifical forest and uphill and sunny slope, (2) The sequence of dominant factor affecting the content of Vc in immature stem and leaf of three mild vegetables is: variety〉 Alkaline hydmlysisi nitrogen 〉 slope aspect 〉forest type〉 slope position 〉gradient, the maximum content combination is pure forest of variety and Aeanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem and uphill and cloudy slope.
