摘要
现行国家标准GB/T50315—2011《砌体工程现场检测技术标准》所列各技术方法仅适用于烧结普通砖及烧结多孔砖砌体中砂浆强度的推定,而混凝土普通砖与多孔砖砌体中砂浆强度的现场检测方法目前缺乏相应的标准依据。通过采用砂浆片局压法推定混凝土普通砖与多孔砖砌体中砂浆强度的试验研究,验证砂浆片局压法推定烧结普通砖砌体中砂浆强度的换算公式,并提出砂浆片局压法推定混凝土普通砖和多孔砖砌体中砂浆强度的换算方法及测强公式。
The technical method recommended by the current national standard“Technical standard for site testing of masonry engineering” (GB/TS0315--2011 ) can only be used to detect the mortar strength of fired common brick masonry and fired perforated brick masonry, while still lacks standard of detecting the concrete common brick masonry and the concrete perforated brick masonry at present. In terms of the experimental research to detect the mortar strength of concrete common brick masonry and concrete perforated brick masonry with the method of local compression on mortar flake, the conversion formula has been verified, which is derived from detecting the mortar strength of fired common brick masonry with the method of local compression on mortar flake, and the conversion formula and the strength formula has been put forward, which is derived from detecting the mortar strength of concrete common brick masonry and concrete perforated brick masonry with the method of local compression on mortar flake.
