摘要
本工程位于上海商业圈,总高度为23.75 m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,部分梁为预应力梁。结构有多处不规则,如竖向收进、转换、楼板开大洞等,属于超限结构。本文介绍了此结构的设计分析过程,并采用了SATWE和PMSAP两个程序对其进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱计算和动力弹性时程补充计算。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。
The project lies in the business zone of Shanghai, with a total height of 23.75 m. It's a RC frame structure, some beams of whose being prestressed. The building is beyond code limits because it has many irregularities, such as vertical setback, transformation, slab with large opening, etc. Design process is analyzed here and calculated both by SATWE and PMSAP. According to the results, the seismic performances of the structure is well,which shows that the structure is safe and sound.
