正交试验法优选复方麻芥透皮贴的提取工艺

Opyimization of Extraction Process of Fufang Majie Plasters with Orthogonal Design Method

目的:优选复方麻芥透皮贴的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的浸出量及浸膏得率为考察指标,用Lq(34)正交表安排实验,优化提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材用70%乙醇回流提取3次,溶媒加量分别为8、6、6倍,提取时间分别为2、1.5、1.5h。结论:优化得到的工艺简单易行、稳定性好。

Objective To optimize the extraction process Fufang Majie Plasters. Methods Using the orthogonal test, the leaching amount and extract Ephedrine Hydroehloride and Pseudoephedrine Hydroehloride rate as the study index, L9 （3^4 ） orthogonal experi- ment, optimum extraction conditions. Results The optimum extraction process using 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, solvent a- mount is respectively 8, 6, 6 times, extracting time were 2, 1.5, 1.5h. Conclusion The optimum extracting process is simple, stable and eficient.
