摘要
2013年,乐山市实施覆盖城乡居民的大病保险制度,减轻了群众大病医疗费用负担,医疗保险服务质量也有新的提高,总体放大了基本医保的保障效用。针对存在的问题,作者在明晰合规费用范围、探索多层次保障体系、加强监管服务等方面提出了建议。
In 2013, the serious illness insurance system covering urban and rural residents in Leshan has been implemented. It has reduced the burden of residents＇ medical expense for catastrophic diseases, improved the service quality of medical insurance, and amplified the security effect of basic health care. To face the existing problems, it is suggested to clarify the scope of compliance costs, explore a multi-level security system, and intensify supervision services.
