为确定发动机的喷油和点火信息,ECU需要对曲轴凸轮轴信号进行处理、分析和计算。首先对曲轴凸轮轴信号进行诊断,诊断信号是否缺失或干扰,报告错误信号。如果信号错误达到阈值,诊断传感器故障。然后对信号合理性进行检测,检测信号是否合理正常。之后对信号进行分析处理,包括判断缺齿、当前工作缸号、工作循环位置、计算发动机转速。对曲轴凸轮轴信号进行同步处理,得到发动机相位信息,ECU计算出喷油提前角和点火提前角以确定发动机的喷油定时和点火时刻。最后介绍了传感器故障时的跛行回家模式的处理方法和策略。
In order to determine the engine's fuel injection and ignition information, the crankshaft and camshaft signal needs to be processed, analyzed and calculated. Firstly, it is necessary for crankshaft and camshaft signal to be diagnosed whether the signal is missing or interfered. When the signal is missing or interfered, a signal error is reported. If the number of signal error reaches a threshold value, the sensor is diagnosed to be erroneous. Then whether the signal is reasonable is detected, the signal is analyzed and processed, including detecting the gap, determining the cylinder number and current position of work cycle, calculating engine speed and coding camshaft signal. The phase information of engine by synchronization of crankshaft and camshaft signal obtained. ECU calculates the injection advance angle and ignition advance angle to determine the fuel injection timing and ignition timing of the engine. Lastly handling methods and strategies about the limp home mode in case of failure of the crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor are presented.
