摘要
针对某款量产的纯电动轿车,设计并开发了基于ABS系统的制动能量回收系统。在满足ECE制动法规要求、制动安全性要求及驾驶性能要求的前提下,提出了一种高效的制动能量回收控制策略。通过Cruise平台仿真验证了控制策略的有效性,并在样车中开展制动能量回收系统的实车验证,仿真和实车验证结果均表明该系统可实现ECE工况下整车续驶里程提升10%以上。
For a pure electric vehicle produced in mass, a regenerative brake system based on anti-brake system is designed and developed. Considering the requirement of ECE standard, braking safety and drivability, a high efficiency control strategy for regenerative brake system is put forward. The effectiveness of the control strategy is validated by AVL Cruise. Then a prototype vehicle with regenerative brake system is built to test the efficiency. The simulation and dynamometer test results both show that the regenerative brake system can improve the drive range of vehicle more than 10% in the ECE work cycle.
