探讨国境口岸卫生检疫工作中,为防止传染病传入我国,应当对这些可能存在危险性的出入境人员、物品和各类传染病实施风险分析。综合考虑病原学、流行病学、生态学、社会学等多方面因素,建立传染病风险评估指标体系。以科学的方式评估传染病通过口岸传入的风险,通过风险评估,确定危险等级或危害程度,才能提出进行风险管理的具体措施,查找传染病防控工作中的薄弱环节,为口岸传染病防控能力建设提供科学依据。

Health quarantine at frontier ports is Studied in order to prevent infectious disease spread in our country. It is necessary to analysis the possible risk of entry-exit person, goods and all kinds of infectious disease risk. Consider- ing the etiology, epidemiology, ecology, sociology and other factors, the risk assessment index system of infectious dis- ease is established.
