电热蚊香液中拟除虫菊酯成分的气相色谱质谱检测方法 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立检测电热蚊香液中多种拟除虫菊酯成分的快速灵敏的分析方法。方法采用气质联用的方法,同时对电热蚊香液中拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂进行定性及定量分析。结果所有5种拟除虫菊酯成分分离良好,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r〉0.998,有较好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率在89.1%-102.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。应用该方法对35种电热蚊香液中拟除虫菊酯进行测定,94.3%的有效成分与标识相符,5.7%有效成分品种和含量与商品标识不符。结论实践证明本方法简单、快速、选择性好、灵敏度高,适合日常检测工作的需求。 Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of pyrethroid insecticides in mosquito liquid vaporizer. Methods All pyrethroid insecticides were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in a single injection gas chromatography mass spectrometry ( GC - MS). Results The pyrethroid insecticides were sep- arated distinctly and the standard curve showing a direct ratio between the concentration and the peak area were ob- tained, r 〉 0.998. The precision and accuracy of the method were satisfactory with recovery percentages ranging from 89. 1% to 102. 4% and relative standard deviations lower than 5%. 35 liquid vaporizers were tested to determine the contained pyrethroid insecticides. The results conformed to the labels of 94. 3% of the tested liquid vaporizers. Con- clusion The method is accurate and sensitive, also adapt to the daily detection of pyrethroid insecticides in liquid va- ponzer
