无锡市淡色库蚊对6种杀虫剂的抗药性调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解无锡市淡色库蚊抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法检测淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏、双硫磷、仲丁威6种杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果6种杀虫剂对淡色库蚊的半数致死浓度(LC50)由高到低依次为仲丁威>敌敌畏>双硫磷>氯菊酯>高效氯氰菊酯>溴氰菊酯。与敏感品系比较,对双硫磷和敌敌畏的抗药性达到高抗水平,抗性倍数为421.25、126.93;对仲丁威达到中抗水平,抗性倍数为11.98;对氯菊酯达到低抗水平,抗性倍数为2.64;对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯都敏感,抗性倍数为1.53、1.38。结论无锡市淡色库蚊已对部分杀虫剂产生抗药性,在灭蚊工作中应注意避免大量单独使用某种药剂。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to insecticides and provide scientific evi- dence for an effective use of insecticides. Methods The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to decamethrin, beta-cypermethrin,permethrin, dichlorphos, abate and fenobucarb were determined with impregnation method. Re- suits The LCs0 s of the six insecticides ascended in the order of fenobucarb 〉 dichlorphos 〉 abate 〉 permethrin 〉 be- ta-cypermethfin 〉 decamethrin. Compared with the susceptible strain, the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens in Wuxi was at the high level to abate and dichlorphos with the resistance ratios of 421.25 and 126. 93 respectively,mid level to fenobucarb ( 11.98), low level to permethrin ( 2. 64 ). Culex pipiens paUens in Wuxi remained sensitive to beta- cypermethrin and decamethrin ( 1.53 and 1.38). Conclusion Culex pipiens paUens develops relatively high resist- ance to some insecticides. Rotational insecticide control is important technical measure in mosquito control.
