陕西省蚊类及其所携病毒的初步调查

A primary investigation on mosquito species and mosquito-carried virus in Shaanxi Province

目的调查了解陕西省蚊类及其所携带病毒。方法蚊虫标本采集:采用人帐诱法和网捕法;蚊虫体内病毒检测:采用RT-PCR法。结果获得陕西省蚊科7属49种,按蚊属5种、伊蚊属18种、阿蚊属1种、库蚊属19种、脉毛蚊属(赛蚊属)4种、曼蚊属1种和直脚蚊属1种。对3种蚊虫406只样本进行了辛德毕斯病毒、西尼罗病毒和乙型脑炎病毒的检测,仅从淡色库蚊检测到乙型脑炎病毒。结论陕西省存在蚊传播乙型脑炎的风险。

Objective To understand mosquito species and mosquito-carried virus in Shaanxi Province. Methods Mosquitoes were captured by human body luring and mosquito nets ; detection of viruses in mosquito was performed with RT-PCR method. Results Totally 49 species from 7 genuses of Culicidae in Shaanxi Province were found. 5 species were Anopheles, 18 species Aedes, one species Armigeres, 19 species Culex, 4 species Culiseta, one species Mansonia and one species Orthopodomyia. Only encephalitis virus was detected in Culex pipiens palleas from 406 sam- ples of 3 species. Conclusion There is a potential threat of Japanese encephalitis in Shaanxi Province.
