摘要
用琼脂单向扩散法测血清免疫球蛋白含量,用α醋酸萘酯酶染色法测T淋巴细胞数。接触苯的平均浓度为0.7ppm、5.4ppm时,工人的白细胞数,外周血ANAE^+淋巴细胞率,血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量均未见明显改变。
By using single diffusion to determine the concentration of immunoglobulin.α-acod naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) to stain T lymphocytes,at 0.7 and 5.4 ppm benzene exposure the number of leucocytes, the percentage of ANAE^+ lymphocytes,immunoglobulin G,A,M did'nt show any difference between exposure and control group.
