医院学科建设中应该广泛借鉴、学习、使用项目管理理论和方法。福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院根据本医院战略需要，结合学科自身情况，规划学科建设目标；运用现代人力资源管理理论推进人才梯队建设和选拔学科带头人；采用项目资源管理方法，优化并整合科研资源，加强科研基地建设，开展创新性的科研活动，并对肝病专科建设的沟通管理、成本管理、时间管理进行详细阐述。

It is necessary that hospital should study and apply theories and methods of project management in disciplinary construction. According to disciplinary construction development requirements, Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University, is combining department＇ s situation, making goals of department construction, and promoting the construction of echelon of human resources and discipline leader by means of modem theory of human resource management. Furthermore, the hospital applies the methods of project resource management to optimize and integrate the resource of scientific research, and strengthen the construction of scientific research base and conduct innovative research activities. The paper elaborates the communication management, cost management and time management of hepatology disciplinary construction.
