摘要
战略管理无疑是所有企业或组织最为关注的问题,医院组织当然也不例外。随着社会保健意识的日益增强以及医院专科化趋势的日趋膨胀,医院组织面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,广州市第六人民医院成建制移交至中山大学,更名为中山大学附属第六医院,后来更增挂广东省胃肠肛门医院牌子,更是加大了其发展路径的复杂性,因此,战略管理问题对于中山六院的发展更具价值性和实际意义。结合中山六院自身的发展需求,笔者提出了中山六院的使命、愿景、价值观,及适合中山六院发展的战略解决方案。
Strategic management has no doubt become the most crucial part for enterprises and organizations and with no exception for hospitals. With the growing social awareness of health care and increasing extent of hospital specialization, health care organizations face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The Sixth People's Hospital in Guangzhou changed the name to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (SAHSYU), further with the title of "Guangdong gastrointestinal & anal hospital", which raises complexity in its development. Therefore, strategic management is of importance and practical value to SAHSYU development. Based upon needs of development, the author raised the mission, vision, values, and developing strategic plan for SAHSYU.
