公立中医医院改革思路与实践

Discussion on the reform thoughts and practices for public TCM hospitals

发展中医药，着力推进公立中医医院改革，近几年在甘肃省卓有成效。本文阐述了甘肃公立医院（包括中医医院）的改革思路、提出走中医特色的甘肃公立医院改革之路和一些有效探索与实践及发展目标，并就加强医院院长培养提出对策和建议。

In recent years, developing traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and promoting the reform of TCM hospitals have a brightly success in Gansu. The thesis states the reform thoughts of public hospitals in Gansu province （included TCM hospitals）, puts forward that we should insist Gansu public hospital reform route with TCM characters and some effective exploration, practice and developing targets. Furthermore, the thesis advances solutions and suggestions for cultivating the presidents of the hospitals.
