Research on Archives Service Innovation in the Big Data Era

本文分析了大数据时代给档案事业发展带来的影响,指出了传统的档案服务方式将越来越难以满足大数据时代档案利用者的需要,设计了创新大数据时代档案馆的服务模式,主要有档案馆的人性化服务、个性化服务、智能化服务、知识化服务。

This paper analyzes the impact the big data era brings to archives development, points out that the traditional way of archives service will become increasingly inappropriate to meet the demands in the big data era. An innovative archives service model for the big data era is given, which includes the humanistic service, personalized services, intelligentized services and knowledgeable service of archives.
