原发性胆囊癌的辅助治疗

Adjuvant therapy in the treatment of primary gallbladder cancer

目前对外科恶性肿瘤包括胆囊癌的治疗仍采用以手术为主的综合疗法,首先应争取手术探查,施行根治性胆囊姑息转流手术,然后给予辅助治疗。本文论述的辅助治疗包括:1营养支持;2化学治疗,如静脉滴注化疗、介入化疗、口服化疗;3免疫治疗;4放射治疗;5靶向治疗;6中医中药治疗;7中医食疗。在辅助治疗过程中,不同治疗方法还可相互联合以巩固和提高治疗效果。

At present, the surgical comprehensive treatment is still commonly used in management of patients with cancer such as gallbladder cancer. First of all,aggressive surgical management such as radical cholecystectomy or palliative turn lfow operation on patients with gallbladder cancer followed by adjuvant therapy. This paper reviews adjuvant therapy including①nitriation support;②the chemical treatment such as intervenous drip of chemotherapy, interventional chemotherapy and oral chemotherapy;③immunotherpy;④radiation therapy;⑤targeted therapy;⑥traditional Chinese medicine treatment;⑦traditional Chinese diet therapy. The effect can be consolidated and improved if adjuvant agents can be combined with each other in the treatment of patients with gallbladder cancer.
