上门回访式健康教育对社区慢性支气管炎患者短期再入院的影响

Impact of the home returning visiting health education on the short term rehospitalization of the community patients with chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨上门回访式健康教育对慢性支气管炎患者短期再入院的影响。方法:干预组39例进行上门回访式健康教育,对照组39例进行常规电话随访。结果:干预组疾病相关知识、健康行为、遵医行为明显高于对照组。干预组短期再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:上门回访式健康教育是社区防治老年慢性支气管炎的有效途径。

Objective：To investigate the impact of the home returning visiting health education on the short-term re-hospitalization of the patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods：The intervention group with 39 cases was provided with the home returning visiting health education, and the control group with 39 cases was conducted with the routine telephone follow-up. Results：The related knowledge of the diseases, the health behavior and medical compliance of the intervention group were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group. The short-term re-hospitalization rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The home returning visiting health education is an effective community way to prevent and treat the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.
